“A beautiful set of antique christmas lights from the Alps Lite Company, Japan, and in some quite ... “A beautiful set of antique christmas lights from the Alps Lite Company, Japan, and in some quite unusual forms (dog, flower baskets, owls with silver painted eyes,...). They are from the 1920's and still in a very good condition. They were very well kept over the years! They do not come in their original box. Instead, they were put in a shoebox by the previous owners (before me) who made a delicate cardboard display for the bulbs with their own hands. All lights are 15 volts each and in working condition (tested!) The cord is still the original one, but made from cotton. It lights up, but it needs to be rewired for it is not safe in current electricity standards.This is a very unique set for the collector of antique christmas lights bulbs and ornaments.All bulbs will be individually bubble wrapped and triple boxed with cotton and steady boxes in order for them so arrive safely to their new home.”
